Graduated from a university in Beijing with master's degree, I worked for 8.5 years as sales manager in Lucent and then Alcatel-Lucent before moving to Vancouver. Got a diploma in International Trade in Vancouver Career College before joining in Royal Pacific Realty Corp as a full time realtor in early 2012.

During these years, i work most for buyers, driving them across Greater Vancouver to look for what they want. Most of my buyers repeated to buy from me and referred their friends to me, making my people network bigger and bigger.

Being a realtor, to protect my clients' interest is always of highest priority, much more important than to earn commission.  I always believe that being honest and professional is the basic and important requirement for a realtor. Otherwise, he or she can't qualify for the job.

Being equipped with enough knowledge and confidence, I never worry about losing my business even when market is slowing down.
